Challenge
SRS Distribution didn't want to just show up at IRE, they wanted to own it. But building that kind of presence takes more than a big footprint. It takes a long-term vision, a partner willing to think in chapters, and the discipline to grow without losing the thread. Starting in 2023, SRS set out to create something that could deepen year over year: a trade show home rooted in their culture of community, built to expand alongside their rapidly growing portfolio of roofing, solar, drywall, and specialty services.

Solution
STAR partnered with SRS across three consecutive IRE cycles, evolving a single structure into a fully realized brand destination.​ 2023: Laid the foundation, a main house structure, bold hanging sign, branded porch, and video wall. 2024: Built out the interior, a living room environment with lounge seating, team photography, and division kiosks. 2025: Expanded into the backyard, turf, a pool display, BBQ-style charging stations, and interactive product moments. 2026: Reached full scale, a two-story structure with private meeting rooms, a swag porch, and a boom-truck presentation stage uniting every SRS business vertical.

What started as a bold concept became one of IRE's most anticipated booths. Each year, SRS arrived with something new, and attendees noticed. The phased approach delivered compounding returns: stronger brand recognition across divisions, deeper engagement with immersive and evolving spaces, and long-term value through modular, reusable design. By 2026, SRS wasn't just a fixture at IRE. They were the destination contractors and partners came looking for.
