
Challenge
Natural Products Expo West is one of the most visually saturated trade show environments in CPG. For MegaFood, arriving in 2026 meant something bigger than a booth, it meant a proof point. After a comprehensive brand repositioning in 2025, including a new logo, updated visual identity, and a "from food" campaign launched in January, Expo West was the first major opportunity to bring that refresh to life at scale. The exhibit needed to feel confident, complete, and unmistakably MegaFood. Starting over wasn't the answer. Doing it right was.
Solution
Rather than rebuilding from the ground up, MegaFood and STAR focused on a surgical engagement: updated graphics across every surface, targeted layout adjustments to better support sampling and product innovation display, and end-to-end project management to keep the refresh on schedule and on spec. STAR's role extended well beyond design execution, coordinating the details that allow a returning exhibit to come back looking intentional, not incremental. The result was an existing structure transformed into a vivid, cohesive physical environment that reflected the full depth of MegaFood's updated brand direction.
Result
At Expo West 2026, MegaFood's exhibit did exactly what a brand refresh proof point should: it read as bright, vibrant, and immediately recognizable on a crowded show floor. The updated graphics, refined layout, and confident design system communicated who MegaFood is today, and did it with conviction. With plans to reuse and continue evolving the exhibit in future years, MegaFood leaves Anaheim with a platform built to grow with the brand, not just represent it at a single show.We worked with STAR to update the graphics, the graphic design, and the project management.
