Challenge
With multiple brands and technology platforms to represent, Emerson needed a unified, compelling event presence to showcase its “Floor to Cloud™” automation story; connecting the packaging floor to cloud-based analytics and control. Their challenge was to demonstrate both high-end automation and practical packaging-line solutions in a cohesive, space-efficient booth.

Vision
STAR collaborated with Emerson’s event and marketing teams to design a modular, visually guided experience that told a complete story through color, spatial flow, and interactive engagement. Visitors moved through color-coded zones representing each stage of automation, from sensors on the floor to performance analytics in the cloud. Live demos, including a Control Tower dashboard, energy-monitoring displays, and a high-speed pick-and-place station, allowed attendees to experience real-world performance improvements firsthand.

Solution
Emerson’s exhibit achieved measurable engagement and strong visibility across the show floor, with over 125,000 brand impressions, an average dwell time of 18.6 minutes, and an Awareness score of 94. The modular design ensured efficient logistics, quick setup, and flexibility for future shows, while delivering actionable behavioral insights through heat mapping and digital engagement data.
