Challenge

Business France needed to showcase 96 innovative French startups cohesively at CES 2025. Managing design updates, exhibitor logistics, and an 9,000-square-foot exhibit required precision to avoid rush costs and ensure exhibitor satisfaction.

Solution

STAR provided comprehensive management as a "mini general contractor," leveraging a modular pavilion design with 650+ beMatrix frames and 500+ SEG graphics. STAR’s dedicated online project management system ensured seamless coordination, while logistical precision delivered an efficient, timely setup using 950+ linear feet of walls, 8,000 sq. ft. of flooring, and extensive equipment.
