Longtime STAR client and collaborator, Collin Hummel of 3M, has been named to Event Marketer’s 2026 B-to-B Dream Team, an annual recognition honoring standout leaders in conferences, trade shows and brand experiences.
The 2026 honorees include event and experiential leaders from brands including Google Cloud, LinkedIn, American Express, Atlassian, CrowdStrike and HPE. According to Event Marketer, this year’s group represents professionals who “don’t just execute events—they live and breathe them.”
Hummel serves as Director of Global Partnerships & Events at 3M, where he leads experiences and partnerships tied to some of the company’s most visible initiatives, including CES, the 3M Open and the brand’s partnership with the Minnesota Vikings.
In its profile on Hummel, Event Marketer highlighted his role in helping evolve 3M’s experiential strategy from traditional exhibit programs into more narrative-driven environments focused on business engagement, storytelling and customer connection. The feature specifically spotlighted 3M’s CES presence, developed in partnership with STAR to help customers, partners and investors better understand 3M’s role as a problem-solver across industries.
