Schwan’s Company, a leader in the frozen food industry, opened a new facility in Salina, KS, with the goal of creating a branded environment that balanced its rich legacy with its forward-looking vision. They needed a solution that would inspire employees, engage stakeholders, and elevate visitor tours while supporting recruitment and retention goals. The challenge was to blend functional facility design with impactful storytelling to reflect their corporate identity and showcase their global scale.

STAR partnered with Schwan’s Company to deliver a cohesive branding strategy, transforming the new facility into an immersive environment. The project included a branded visitor entrance, a history wall celebrating milestones, employee areas that inspired pride, and a multi-purpose tour pathway with engaging visuals. Through strategic design and storytelling, STAR ensured every element aligned with Schwan’s Company’s vision, blending practicality with compelling brand narratives.
