Challenge
PowerSchool needed more than a booth, it was the kickoff to a year of events showcasing their platform to educators nationwide. They required a 20x30 footprint that could scale down, engage attendees in memorable ways, and deliver ROI through a rental and reuse strategy.

Solution
STAR designed a modular rental booth anchored by an interactive theater, a branded “locker wall” giveaway system, and custom hanging icons representing PowerSchool’s offerings. The space was engineered for multi-directional traffic flow, with the theater facing the busiest aisle and engagement zones throughout.

Impact
The booth became a high-traffic destination, drawing standing-room-only theater audiences and earning rave reviews for its design and interactivity. Rental components were reused for subsequent events like Edge and CITE, maximizing ROI while maintaining brand cohesion.
