Pella®, a leader in window and door solutions, faced a challenge in showcasing their new Steady Set™ window to contractors and builders across the U.S. Pella had relied on flying trainers to many locations, a costly and complex approach. They needed an efficient, engaging way to provide hands-on training and product demonstrations.
Solution
Pella partnered with STAR to design a fully branded Sprinter Van as a mobile showroom. This innovation allowed Pella to bring their products directly to audiences, offering hands-on training sessions in an engaging, interactive format. The mobile exhibit was able showcase Steady Set with convenient and consistent training.
Result
The Pella Sprinter Van Roadshow was a major success, making over 52 stops nationwide and achieving a 20-21% inclusion rate for the Steady Set window—well above the initial target of 10-15%. This roadshow fostered stronger customer relationships and streamlined operations by eliminating the need to fly trainers.The van has helped us build meaningful, one-on-one connections with our customers. STAR brought our vision to life, fostering confidence in Steady Set and strengthening our partnerships.
