Nearly 30 stories tall with almost 2 million square feet of interior space, the Minnesota Vikings’ new home stadium is a study in spectacle. The Minnesota Vikings came to Star to solve an equally spectacular challenge: how to adhere eye-catching graphics to the back of the main scoreboard so they would be visible as fans entered the stadium’s dramatic 95-feet-high glass doors. The large-format graphics also needed to be easy to change out. Star developed a number of options and the client selected silicone-edged graphics (SEG), set in lightweight aluminum frames, to create a clean, seamless look.
