Partnering with JCPenney and an agency, Star was the implementation partner of JCP’s major brand relaunch event in New York City. Star’s role was to bring the design to life and manage the project through to completion. Star led an onsite team of over 200 people and dozens of vendor partners to transform in six short weeks New York City’s Pier 57 a 100,000 square foot abandoned space formally used as a bus depot into something completely unrecognizable; a venue that was fit for 1,600 visiting Wall Street analysts, vendors, members of the media, and high profile celebrities.
